Savulaik balsoju pret ES.
0
Man liekas - ka tas vispār nebija no tautas atkarīgs, valdība to jau visu izlēma pirms, a balsošana - tas tik tā, skata pēc :D

It is no accident that the European Parliament, for example, reminds me of the Supreme Soviet. It looks like the Supreme Soviet because it was designed like it. Similary, when you look at the European Commission it looks like the Politburo. I mean it does so exactly, except for the fact that the Commission now has 25 members and the Politburo usually had 13 or 15 members. Apart from that they are exactly the same, unaccountable to anyone, not directly elected by anyone at all. When you look into all this bizarre activity of the European Union with its 80,000 pages of regulations it looks like Gosplan. We used to have an organisation which was planning everything in the economy, to the last nut and bolt, five years in advance. Exactly the same thing is happening in the EU. When you look at the type of EU corruption, it is exactly the Soviet type of corruption, going from top to bottom rather than going from bottom to top.

If you go through all the structures and features of this emerging European monster you will notice that it more and more resembles the Soviet Union. Of course, it is a milder version of the Soviet Union. Please, do not misunderstand me. I am not saying that it has a Gulag. It has no KGB – not yet – but I am very carefully watching such structures as Europol for example. That really worries me a lot because this organisation will probably have powers bigger than those of the KGB. They will have diplomatic immunity. Can you imagine a KGB with diplomatic immunity? They will have to police us on 32 kinds of crimes – two of which are particularly worrying, one is called racism, another is called xenophobia. No criminal court on earth defines anything like this as a crime [this is not entirely true, as Belgium already does so – pb]. So it is a new crime, and we have already been warned. Someone from the British government told us that those who object to uncontrolled immigration from the Third World will be regarded as racist and those who oppose further European integration will be regarded as xenophobes. I think Patricia Hewitt said this publicly.

Hence, we have now been warned. Meanwhile they are introducing more and more ideology. The Soviet Union used to be a state run by ideology. Today’s ideology of the European Union is social-democratic, statist, and a big part of it is also political correctness. I watch very carefully how political correctness spreads and becomes an oppressive ideology, not to mention the fact that they forbid smoking almost everywhere now. Look at this persecution of people like the Swedish pastor who was persecuted for several months because he said that the Bible does not approve homosexuality. France passed the same law of hate speech concerning gays. Britain is passing hate speech laws concerning race relations and now religious speech, and so on and so forth. What you observe, taken into perspective, is a systematic introduction of ideology which could later be enforced with oppressive measures. Apparently that is the whole purpose of Europol. Otherwise why do we need it? To me Europol looks very suspicious. I watch very carefully who is persecuted for what and what is happening, because that is one field in which I am an expert. I know how Gulags spring up.

It looks like we are living in a period of rapid, systematic and very consistent dismantlement of democracy. Look at this Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill. It makes ministers into legislators who can introduce new laws without bothering to tell Parliament or anyone. My immediate reaction is why do we need it? Britain survived two world wars, the war with Napoleon, the Spanish Armada, not to mention the Cold War, when we were told at any moment we might have a nuclear world war, without any need for introducing this kind legislation, without the need for suspending our civil liberaties and introducing emergency powers. Why do we need it right now? This can make a dictatorship out of your country in no time.

Today’s situation is really grim. Major political parties have been completely taken in by the new EU project. None of them really opposes it. They have become very corrupt. Who is going to defend our freedoms? It looks like we are heading towards some kind of collapse, some kind of crisis. The most likely outcome is that there will be an economic collapse in Europe, which in due time is bound to happen with this growth of expenses and taxes. The inability to create a competitive environment, the overregulation of the economy, the bureaucratisation, it is going to lead to economic collapse. Particularly the introduction of the euro was a crazy idea. Currency is not supposed to be political.

I have no doubt about it. There will be a collapse of the European Union pretty much like the Soviet Union collapsed. But do not forget that when these things collapse they leave such devastation that it takes a generation to recover. Just think what will happen if it comes to an economic crisis. The recrimination between nations will be huge. It might come to blows. Look to the huge number of immigrants from Third World countries now living in Europe. This was promoted by the European Union. What will happen with them if there is an economic collapse? We will probably have, like in the Soviet Union at the end, so much ethnic strife that the mind boggles. In no other country were there such ethnic tensions as in the Soviet Union, except probably in Yugoslavia. So that is exactly what will happen here, too. We have to be prepared for that. This huge edifice of bureaucracy is going to collapse on our heads.

This is why, and I am very frank about it, the sooner we finish with the EU the better. The sooner it collapses the less damage it will have done to us and to other countries. But we have to be quick because the Eurocrats are moving very fast. It will be difficult to defeat them. Today it is still simple. If one million people march on Brussels today these guys will run away to the Bahamas. If tomorrow half of the British population refuses to pay its taxes, nothing will happen and no-one will go to jail. Today you can still do that. But I do not know what the situation will be tomorrow with a fully fledged Europol staffed by former Stasi or Securitate officers. Anything may happen.

We are losing time. We have to defeat them. We have to sit and think, work out a strategy in the shortest possible way to achieve maximum effect. Otherwise it will be too late. So what should I say? My conclusion is not optimistic. So far, despite the fact that we do have some anti-EU forces in almost every country, it is not enough. We are losing and we are wasting time.

Tā jau i, kā Bigijs teica. Vienīgi, ja notikumi risināsies pēc tāda scenārija (tipa Āzijas invĀzija), šaubos, ka arī Eiropas savienība tur ko varēs padarīt.

Nav man šobrīd pacietības urbties cauri tam Lisabonas līguma tekstam; varbūt kāds , kas ar to ir iepazinies, var īsumā apskaidrot, kas tajā ir paredzēts?

'Europe's nations should be guided towards the superstate without their people understanding what is happening. This can be accomplished by successive steps, each disguised as having an economic purpose, but which will eventually and irreversibly lead to federation'. Jean Monnet (Founding Father Of The EU).

So, no threat to sovereignty ? Well let's consider the implications; If a Sovereign Nation State no longer controls it's own Economy, Defence, Justice System and Home Affairs, can it truly be called a 'Sovereign Nation State' any longer ? The answer is quite simply NO.

The Political and Financial Elite of Europe have been working towards this moment since the end of World War Two. In every member state, the personalities might differ, but the rhetoric is always the same; 'No Loss Of Sovereignty, good for the people, good for the economy and so on'.

Alright' let us take a look at what this 'Treaty' is really about. What is the difference between this document and the original Constitution ? German Lawyer, Klaus Heeger, a researcher and legal advisor to the Independent Democratic group in the EU Parliament has drawn the following conclusions regarding the two documents:

According to his analysis, the Constitution granted the EU 105 new 'competences'. The 'Treaty' also grants 105 new areas of competence. Out goes the EU symbols (Flag, Anthem, Motto) in comes Climate Change. The remaining 104 areas remain the same.

Decision making by qualified majority replaces 'unanimity' in 62 new areas in the Reform Treaty. One more than in the Constitution. Out goes 'Intellectual property rights', in comes energy and climate change. The other 60 stay the same.
0
His conclusion; The EU Constitution by another name.

This sixth and final 'Treaty' is the 'death knell' for the sovereignty of the member states of the EU. Do not be mistaken about this, and no matter what your 'elected' leaders are telling you to the contrary, this is it. This is the culmination of years of plotting, deception and conspiring against the people of Europe. So what's the big deal many will ask ? Read on and find out.

This 'Treaty' is the EU's most secret and quickest drafted document yet. Opposition to and recognition that the EU is a Police State in the making is growing and they (the conspirators) know that speed is vital. Tony Blair agreed to it in June 2007 as his final 'Stab in Britains Back'. Foreign Ministers agreed it's terms in September 2007 and on 13th December two months later, the representatives of each member state signed the document, and now, all that remains is ratification, and the deed will be done.

So, if the result of the Irish vote is a 'Yes'and all other member states do as indicated, ratify this treasonous piece of infamy, how will our lives be affected ?

Our National Parliaments will become redundant as all power that still remains will transfer to Brussels. It will mean the formal end of those Historic Nations of Europe who are member states of the EU. National Embassies around the world will come under the auspicies of EU bureaucrats. The ancient counties and provinces will be merged and combined into 'EU Administrative Regions'. (The recent amalgamations of Kommunes in Denmark is a premptive example of this, along with the 'devolved' parliaments of Scotland and Wales, to be soon joined by the eradication of 'England' and the setting up of similar regional assemblies there).

The EU will take ownership of Police, Military, Nuclear Weapons, Currency Reserves and North Sea Oil as outlined in the Treaty document. Serving members of our Police and Armed Forces will be required to take an oath of loyalty to the EU. Refusal will result in dismissal. The EU will have complete control of all military matters, equipment and facililties.

Political parties will be abolished, phased out or realigned. Only Pan European parties will be allowed. Independence parties will effectively be outlawed as under the 1999 ruling of the European Court Of Justice (case 274/99), it is illegal to criticize the EU. (Even before the Irish Vote, News from Brussels indicates that plans are afoot already to eliminate any 'Eurosceptic groups within the EU Parliament). The EU will have the legal right to close National Parliaments and Assemblies.
0
Many people will be made unemployed as the EU rule of 'retraining' at a citizens own expense becomes universal (including the purchase of a Certificate confirming said retraining). Hundreds of thousands of small businesses will be forced to close due to the enforcement of endless numbers of impracticable and unworkable EU regulations.

Around 107,000 EU laws will criminalise many, as adherence to this amount of legislation is impossible. We will be subject to frequent fines and even arrest as a result of what will be our inevitable ignorance. Take the following as examples: From January 2006, it became illegal to repair your own domestic plumbing, electricals or even your own car. If you buy a boat over six feet long, built after 1999, you will be required to pay the equivalent in Euros of £4000, or face six months in prison. As the EU 'Police State' flexes it's muscles ever more, each of us will live under the fear and threat of arrest or prosecution for any one of a myriad of offences, even minor ones.

The Large Corporations will do well of course, utilising massive immigration from within and without the EU, paying minimum wages to immigrants at the expense of the indigenous population, thus forcing salaries downwards. Futhermore, these Corporations will have a near Monopoly on employment (along with Government), and will be able to dictate conditions and terms of employment withour fear of contradiction.

Top Government Jobs and the inevitable corruption which will accomapany this monopoly, will create a new 'Class Divide' ensuring the rich and their 'fellow travellers' get richer, whilst the majority decline into poverty. Taxes will increase in order to pay for the massive growth in bureaucracy.

There will be no 'redress of grievance' through local 'democratic' channels because there won't be any local democracy. Or any democracy at all for that matter. The 'EU Administrative Regional Governments' will be unelected (See the EU Regionalisation plan on the EU Website). Our only vote will be to the powerless EU Parliament. We will be ruled by the unelected EU Commisioners, who have no 'accountability to the people' at any level.

If we demonstrate or protest, we can be seized and relocated to another EU Region. The EU Arrest Warrant and the various legislation introduced across the EU since 9/11 will give the Authorities absolute power over us. The shootings of innocents 'Philip Prout' and 'Jean de Menezes' were entirely legal under EU Law. The intimidation and growing 'Anti Muslim' vitriol across the EU is becoming reminiscent of the treatment of Jews in pre war Germany. A Federal European State will become a very unpleasant place to be.

Ok.
0

The treaty that the voters rejected

The key features of the treaty rejected by Irish voters are:

EU president: a powerful new figurehead would replace the rotating six-month EU presidency and give the bloc more continuity.

EU foreign minister: a new post combining two jobs, intended to give Europe more political clout on the world stage.

Voting weights: a phased redistribution of voting weights between the 27 member states. It introduces qualified majority voting based on a “double majority” of 55% of member states, accounting for 65% of the EU’s population.

European commission: a smaller EU executive, with fewer commissioners than there are member states, from 2014.

New powers: for the European commission, parliament and Court of Justice, particularly in justice and home affairs.

Removal of national vetoes: on budgetary matters, defence cooperation, sport and culture.

Nine countries have still to ratify the treaty out of a total of 27: the UK, Ireland, Czech Republic, Holland, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium and Cyprus.

And how Eurocrats may try to wriggle around the no vote:

Heap pressure on the Irish
A concerted effort will be made to encourage the Irish government to put the treaty to the public again. However, Brian Cowen, the Irish prime minister, indicated this was unlikely, saying there would be “no quick fix”.

Move the goalposts
French and German officials are already talking about coming to an alternative “legal arrangement”, which would allow Ireland to remain in the EU but outside the new provisions introduced by the Lisbon treaty. This will be a legal and political minefield, but it could involve a protocol giving the Irish extra assurances on sensitive issues such as abortion, taxation and defence.

Delay, then fudge
The 27 member states could delay the ratification process until late 2009 or early 2010, when Croatia joins the EU, and then add aspects of the Lisbon treaty to the “accession treaty” that will bring the Balkan state into the union. This would allow the Irish government to bypass another referendum.

The one they will not consider
Of course, the treaty could be scrapped altogether with the current institutional arrangements allowed to carry on. Critics point out that the EU has functioned perfectly well since the constitution drafting process began six years ago.

0
Why the Irish said no

— The victory for the no campaign was truly one for the Irish people rather than the political class. Among the parties, only Sinn Fein, which attracted just 5% of votes at the last general election, was against ratification of the EU treaty

— Surveys showed that the urban working class, rural dwellers, the Catholic right and the hard left formed the unlikely alliance that led to the antis winning

— The complexity of the treaty meant that its contents were barely debated. Even Brian Cowen, the prime minister, admitted that he had not read it the whole way through

— Other issues relating to Ireland’s EU membership were given more prominence than the treaty itself. Key among them were fears that the country’s advantageous tax regime would be removed by EU diktat and that its military neutrality might be affected by the proposed EU defence force. There were also rumblings about the country’s loss of an EU commissioner and the halving of its voting weight on the EU council

— The Sunday Times had campaigned for a no vote, publishing the treaty in full. The newspaper has a readership of more than 360,000 people in Ireland. Yesterday Le Monde, the French daily, laid some of the “blame” for the result at our door

A man draugi no Lisabonas (strādā lv vēstniecībā) brauc mājās tūliņās, jo

Goda vārds, vienīgais bonuss no EU ir iespēja aizmirst mājās pasi braucot ārpus Latvijas. Pārējās jomās Latvija dabon bietē, it sevišķi skatoties ilgtermiņā un perspektīvās...
0
Ok, ja jau Domā, tad uz veselību!
0
p.s. veselīgs nacionālims ir faking oksi-morons
0
Nebūt ne.
0
0
jaa nahuj to es. centralizeetaa reptiloiidu diktatuura
0
Deathperado, skatos, ka Tu baisi aktīvais :) Mož izveido organizāciju, iztulko tekstiņus - lai tauta lasa.
0
Vienīgais, kas man EU nepatīk, tas ir viņu greznie gaypraidi lielākajās pilsētās, a savādāk tur viss imho baigi ok :) Enīveij - labāk EU nekā RU - vismaz EU vienkāršie ļautiņi prot cīnīties par savām tiesībām.

P.S. Balsoju pret iestāšanos.
0

0
jā bļe es arī esmu apmierināts kh kh. vēl galva nesāpētu pat slavas himnas maximai nah rakstītu
0
par to veselību, tomēr, mani māc smags aizdomisms, ka neviens vārds, kam galā -isms nevar būt tā īsti veselīgs
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/-ism atrodi te kaut ko veselu, i mean, veselajam patstāvīgam saprātam raksturīgu, nez, pacifisms vienīgi varbūt, bet tur arī kaut kas nav :(
0
Viens īru politiķis pats atzina, ka nav līdz galam to Lisabonas līgumu izlasījis (bet savs viedoklis viņam bija, protams). Paši Īri vairāk balsoja pret saviem politiķiem, nevis pašu līgumu.
0
0
Deathperado, vērot es arī protu :P
